This pillow is comfortable. Just started using it. The only suggestion I would have is for the strap to have a Velcro closure so it can be easily put on or taken off.

I like the shape and appreciate the strap so that it stays put while sleeping or changing position. Wish it were a little bit thicker for better leg alignment. The strap closes with velcro, so it’s a bit scratchy.
