I'm more than amazed with everything. First of all, service. It was shipped out right away and it arrived right in my mailbox in just 14 days. I didn't have to pay any additional taxes for the parcel. It was well packed and the box came untact, in perfect condition. Then, upon opening the box, I was delighted to see the cleanser is made of durable plastic, pleasant to touch. In the box is also Type-C charging cable. Operation manual comes in Chinese and English. The cleanser itself makes wonders to my skin. It became softer, smoother and cleaner. After steaming my face, it gets out all the blackheads from my T-Zone with ion+ option. I can't describe how much I'm satisfied with this shopping experience and the product itself. Excellent!
